Effective September 22, 2011, the State of Indiana is now providing an online credit card payment option for child support payments. Non-custodial parents (NCPs) can now pay child support payments 24 hours/7 days a week via the internet. Both debit and credit cards are accepted. The link to the state credit card payment site can be found on the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) website. NCPs will be required to pay a convenience fee of 2.25% for each child support payment made through this new site.

September 26, 2011
The Warrick County Prosecutor’s Office announces that on September 26, 2011, Christopher Foster, age 35 of Newburgh, entered his guilty plea to Residential Entry, Battery Causing Bodily Injury and Public Nudity. Judge Robert R. Aylsworth entered judgment of conviction and sentenced the Defendant to serve one (1) year in jail, which may be served on work release. Further, restitution was ordered to be paid from Defendant’s bond and a No-Contact Order was ordered prohibiting contact with the victims. The Defendant is ordered to begin the sentence on October 10, 2011.
The offenses occurred on December 6, 2009. Warrick County Sheriff’s Deputies Michael Wilder, Greg Flowers, Jared Busing, Michael Dietsch and Jon Scully among others, investigated the case and made the arrest on that day.
