Programs & Services
The Warrick County Prosecutor’s Office maintains several divisions that provide services and assistance to the general public.
The Child Support Division is designed to assist custodial parents in the establishment and collection of child support.
Victim Services is designed to aid people who have been victims of crime. The office provides a full range of services to individuals and families struggling to deal with the consequences of all types of crime, from common theft to destruction of property to the shattering effects of homicide.
The office has also established a Traffic Infraction Deferral Program to assist persons with clean driving records in deferring their traffic tickets. This allows drivers the ability to maintain a clean driving record.
Most recently we have established a Bad Check Program to assist victims of check deception and also hold bad check writers accountable.
